The Conservative Party of New York State lights the way fiscal sanity and commonsense government.

Welcome from the Monroe County Conservative Party Chairman

I have been honored and pleased to be Monroe County Conservative Party Chairman since 1979. I am elected every two years. It is a non-paying job; my hobby. We have a 36-member Executive Committee (all unpaid volunteers) which meets on the third Thursday of each month (except in the summer). The Committee is a diverse group made up of lawyers, secretaries, a barber, an insurance agent, realtors, an accountant at RIT, a police officer, government employees, a retired State Assemblyman, a retired County Legislator, a retired restaurateur, the President of an investment company, other retirees, etc. Most of us believe strongly in common-sense Conservative principles: Lower taxes, less government, the Second Amendment, Life, fiscal restraint, a meritocracy and traditional marriage. We oppose the biased, unfair Democrat and Chronicle — their reverse discrimination — and the out-of-control, political Internal Revenue Service.

If you would like to have some fun and advance our common-sense traditional philosophy, please call Conservative Party Headquarters at (585) 381-6850 or e-mail us at info@mccp.us. We will provide you with a registration form or otherwise get you more involved in our Party. Hopefully, you can join the dynamic and ideologically principled Monroe County Conservative Party to work on behalf of the well-being of our citizens.
